Meet Our Founder and Leader
🌿Kay Duffield
⥬ Builder ⧫ Teacher ⧫ Equipper ⥪
Kay Duffield is an ordained and commissioned Christian leader, teacher, and pioneer with a heart rooted in healing, wholeness, and Kingdom purpose. As the founder and senior leader of Deeply Rooted Life Center, Kay has dedicated her life to helping others experience the transforming love and power of Jesus Christ.
A wife, mother, and Nana, Kay leads from a place of authenticity—shaped by her own journey through brokenness into freedom. She knows what it’s like to wrestle, to weep, to wait on God—and to encounter the deep healing only Jesus can bring. Her life and ministry are marked by the belief that freedom, clarity, restoration, and meaningful relationships are possible through the finished work of Christ.
Before launching Deeply Rooted Life Center, Kay founded and led Kay Duffield Ministries, where she trained and oversaw a team of ministers who served individuals across 7 states and 3 countries. She also led ministry teams overseas to share the Gospel in churches and remote villages, carrying the message of Jesus with boldness and compassion.
In addition, Kay is the founder of Reset180, an anti-human trafficking nonprofit organization she built and directed for over a decade. Reset180 continues to provide holistic services & support to survivors of sex and labor trafficking—offering restoration, advocacy, and resources while working to break cycles of exploitation and injustice. Through this work, Kay brought the hope and light of Christ into some of the darkest places, pioneering paths of healing and freedom for countless lives.
At her core, Kay is a visionary builder and Kingdom equipper—someone who sees not just what is, but what could be when Jesus restores a life, a family, and a community. Whether pioneering a new work, teaching Scripture in ways that come alive, or ministering one-on-one, Kay helps people step into healing, truth, and purpose with courage and clarity.
Through Deeply Rooted Life Center, Kay offers a Spirit-led space for spiritual growth and transformation. See below what Deeply Rooted Life Center can offer locally and online.
“They will be called oaks of righteousness, a planting of the Lord for the display of His splendor.”
—Isaiah 61:3
Kay’s heart beats to see people deeply rooted in Jesus—secure in identity, grounded in truth, and bearing lasting fruit for His glory. If you’re ready to heal, grow, and step boldly into your God-given calling, she and the Deeply Rooted team are here to walk with you.
🌿Our Mission
At Deeply Rooted Life Center, our mission is to equip believers to be deeply rooted in Jesus, led by the Holy Spirit, and Kingdom-focused—helping people heal deeply, grow spiritually, and walk boldly in their God-given identity and purpose.
We believe transformation happens as we encounter Jesus, grow in the truth of God’s Word, and walk together in healthy, authentic community.
Start Here: Sunday Morning Bible Study
Our Sunday morning Bible study is the first step in connecting with Deeply Rooted Life Center. We gather weekly to study Scripture, grow in our understanding of God’s Word, build relationships, and strengthen our foundation as followers of Jesus.
This is a place to ask questions, grow in faith, and become deeply rooted in biblical truth. The curriculum we use is written and taught by us! This is open to anyone at any stage of their faith journey. Children are welcome as long as parents watch them. No childcare available.

Go Deeper: Activation Groups
As a next step, we offer weekly activation groups for those who desire to go deeper. These smaller gatherings create space to not only learn about the things of God—but to practice walking them out. These groups are by invitation only. Once we get to know each other on Sunday morning we can discuss the next step when you are ready.
Together we grow in areas such as hearing God’s voice, prayer, spiritual maturity, healing, discipleship, and learning to partner with the Holy Spirit in everyday life.
Our desire is not just to gather believers, but to equip and release mature followers of Jesus who carry His love, truth, and presence into their homes, workplaces, communities, and beyond.
We also offer opportunities for:
Equipping classes
• Personal and group mentorship
• Inner healing and deliverance sessions
• Restorative retreatsSpecial events through the year
• Biblically based resources
Every space we create is Holy Spirit-led and rooted in the Word of God—designed to help people move from pain to purpose, from stuck to free, and from simply believing in Jesus to fully following Him.
“So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to walk in Him, rooted and built up in Him, established in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness.”
— Colossians 2:6–7

She recognizes the power of inviting the Holy Spirit into every situation and empowers those around her to do the same. Her wonder for the Kingdom is contagious. She is, simply put, one of those people you meet with that you can just feel the radiant warmth of Christ when you sit with them, and your walk with Christ is all the more richer as a result.
